$3500 vs $3500 in TWO Downtown NYC Apartments | 2020 Manhattan

It’s Union Square vs Lower East Side! Tour 2 apartments in both neighborhoods and see which area gives the most bang for your buck. Check out both places we tour and let me know which one of these New York City apartments you personally would rent, or if these aren’t your cup of tea.

You can have a distance meter just like the one I use in the video. *Dont tour an apartment without one: https://amzn.to/3bj49sh

Great news! If you make a purchase on amazon after clicking a link above, the price wont change and my channel earns a small affiliate commission from amazon. Doesn’t even have to be the item you clicked on either 👍

  1. Cash…. the second apartment is a better deal. Looks newer with nicer finishes. A plus, is the washer & dryer. I would prefer this location than the one on 2nd Ave. Essex St and Houston is not far from the F train and you are within walking distance to a Whole Foods and the Bowery. Also, you are very close to Grand St where you find great Chinese stores where you can buy fresh produce, fish and meats, beside you have plenty of Asian restaurants and Little Italy.

  2. I’m interested to find out just how you & your wife decided on your own apartment. If you don’t mind, a tour of yours would be EXTREMELY interesting. I understand if you decline BUT it would show us just how great of a deal you found for yourself. You seem to have the pick of NEW YORK CITY so that’s why I’m want to know really. You have to see fantastic deals pass by your nose each & every day. I would be wanting to move every other day 😂😂🤣👍🏼❤️

  3. I know nothing about location, but I liked the second apt better even with the smaller shared space and kitchen. It seemed brighter, cleaner had more closet space and there were laundry facilities!

  4. Wow that would be a tough choice. I think it would really come down to where in the city a person would prefer to live.
A disabled person certainly would not be able to live in any of these spaces, or most of the city of it comes down to it. I'm not exactly wheelchair bound but I couldn't handle the walk-ups.
