A little friendly competition! A new installment of Agent vs Agent with Chairina & Julieta. Which apartment do you think won this round?
Apt #2!!!
⚽️ , stay safe .amen
i like both
Apartment #2 was my favorite and looked more like somewhere I could live if I had to live in NYC. Julieta’s tour was perfect and she sold the apartment very well. I’d hire her as my agent any time. The first apartment was cool looking and would appeal to creative types of renters.
Apartment #2. Love the extra room and bathroom and the outdoor space.
Its apt.#2 the duplex for me.
Apartment 2 all day. The potential with that back area on the main floor and 3 bathrooms!? The kitchen has a lot of storage and the apartment overall was more of a vibe then the first
Apartment 2 would be my choice.
I love all the shade being thrown.
They both did a great job but I would definitely pick #2 I love the 2 levels it has
2nd apartment won me
Girl, I don't know how I missed this & YOU lol. The 2nd wins my vote even though the steps 🙁 lol. Be Safe!
I prefer the second apartment personally. It feels a little homier (sp?) 🏠
Number 1 for me. I love the kitchen with that island. I am always cooking and we love to entertain.
apt 2
Both did real. I like the out door so I'll go with 2
The first apt bdrm windows are weird, but the kitchen and flex place is nice. The second apt bathrooms are smaller but I like the outdoor space. Although the bedrooms are smaller I would have to go with the 2nd apartment.
These are both AMAZING apartments. I think overall, #2 is the winner for me because of the outdoor space and main level back room that would be a perfect office (but I do prefer the kitchen and natural light of #1). What’s on the bottom level of apartment #2? I notice there are stairs leading up and down from the main floor.
#2
Hey Nyasia. Miss your viewings. Have you moved onto bigger & better things?
I like apt #2 the most!
I’m late to this party. Both were great but I loved the first space the best. I like the overall huge spaces, plus the bathrooms were nicer and definitely much more spacious.
Apt #2. The outdoor space did it for me! Also, I liked the fireplaces. It gave it more charm.
Apartment #2 has those little details like the fireplaces, door paneling and outdoor space that give it a warmth and style that is missing in the first apartment.
The 2nd is the best. The Financial District is boring unless you walk down to the seaport.
I vote for 1st one! Loved agent’s energy plus she stated “take a risk”. 😎As a foodie, I LOVED the island in the kitchen, plus I find the kitchen the heart of a home. In 2nd one, kitchen was too tight and place looked narrow in general. Both did a great job. Cheers!~Elizabeth
I love apartment #1
Apartment #2 for my vote❤
They’re both really nice!!! Apt #2, I loved the aesthetic of it and the outdoor space was awesome!
Love #2 ; more character. Love the layout better. #1 was too boring . Ok if you like a plain aesthetic. And the windows were are a weird height.
#2 Definitely!!! I couldn't imagine paying that amount of money and not owning it
Definitely #2. I like the idea of being able to go upstairs and the outdoor balcony.
