  1. those prices for those relatively tiny living spaces and mediocre (for the price) views are outright insulting. I can't believe anyone pays those prices. that money could be used in such better ways than sitting in the pocket of some greedy landlord mooching off young, impressionable people

  2. location location location!. I live in Bellerose Queens and pay 2700 a mnth for a nice 3 bed 2 bath. I'm an easy train ride from the city. nice neighborhood quite good school district so yeah city life will run you a pretty penny for sure.

  3. The one thing I don't miss about NYC … the overpriced small apartments that can barely fit a bed let alone space for clothes 🤦‍♀️

  4. I love that you showed us apartments in 3 different price points. The second apartment kitchen really stressed me out. Only because the sink doesn’t even look big enough to was pots and that mini ass fridge. Ugh.

  5. If you are digital nomads who can make money anywhere, 3500 a month can be your luxurious 2 bedrooms apartment rent, utility bills, cost of living, entertainments and insurance for the whole month in SOUTH EAST ASIA And you live largely.

  6. I literally just watched the first Cash Jordan video I've seen and watched this video because it's been in my watch later, I find it so funny how he was in this video too

  7. It's funny how people that earn 6 figures are moving out of NYC and the ones that earn considerable less are willing to pay a premium just to live there.
