Husdon Yards is New York City’s newest hot spot, earning it the nickname of “Billionaires Fantasy City.” SO, my team and I decided to create a neighborhood just south of Hudson Yards. I call it SoHY (South of Hudson Yards) Get it? 😉 I’ll give you a sneak peak of what it’s like to live in a $10,000,000 penthouse and watching movies with luxury 4K projector over sunset just outside of “Billionaire Fantasy City.”

Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business on September 15, 2008 – the same day that Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse. While the real estate sector has steadily recovered, Serhant himself has quickly become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and the Hamptons. The Serhant Team has been named by WSJ Real Trends as the #1 real estate team in New York for two years in a row, and the #2 team in the country, selling close to $1 billion in real estate last year. Ryan is consistently the youngest broker to make the Journal’s top ten list each year.

Ryan stars in the popular Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which just wrapped its seventh season. On September 18, 2018 – the week of his 10-year anniversary in real estate – he will debut his first book, Sell It Like Serhant. When pre-sales were announced, Ryan was #1 on Amazon’s daily list of “Movers and Shakers.” As star and producer, this year he also debuted his new Bravo show, “Sell It Like Serhant,” started a successful vlog ( and launched an app (Agent Empire: NYC). There is nothing Ryan can’t do. His motto communicates his professional and personal philosophy, “Expansion. Always. In all ways.”

  1. Makes you wonder what real New Yorkers think of all this property greed – 10, 000, 000 for a plot in the sky. This is where the oligarchs are parking their ill gotten gains, while living on their yachts. Such price ramping will surely result in a crash. You don't even have to go too far on history , but I suppose your average youtube viewer can only see as far as their noses? Not even the view is guaranteed, but then the typical purchaser will only spend a month a year there, before pocketing a profit from a further ramped up price. Why don't you give us an example of the services charges, by the way, Ryan? Or would that put off all your gullible pumped up viewers, from their dream apartment in New York? Sorry to sound negative, but people just want to afford somewhere to live Ryan,, within reasonable distance from their work. If everyone was to follow your dteam, cities like New York will be empty shells, with no lights on at night, as nobodies home, as their apartment is essentially a bank vault? See it here in London, and 1 Hyde Park, as well as vast areas of Mayfair.

  2. Ryan Serhant is the Supercar Blondie of real estate
    Very cool presentations
Even watching these videos with $100 in my bank account
I know I’ll get there one day 🙌🏻🔥🔥🔥

  3. Ryan I watch your videos and I usually don’t be attention to you at the apartments I feel tension to you your voice your personality yeah it’s all about your new apartment really doesn’t matter to me because you are the cutest the most beautiful man I live in the universe at this point

  4. Ryan I love you I love you say something what a person can pay $10 million for an apartment with all the problems that comes along why not just rent a nice hotel every week in a different part of towel and you choose have to pay the credit card if it’s not we can go to another hotel pet house dog house. Just saying

  5. Old news, rest's on the sole's of person's that have passed an opportunity, whilst their head are held high looking for rainbow's… pay's to look down sometimes!….? up to you….
