Where the fridge is, kinda ruins the vibe.
laundry in unit?…rent is easy 100000$ a day
Bruh no room for the bed
Get rid of the dishwasher and put the refrigerator there open up the space
Do people in America really care about exposed bricks that much? For the last 10+ years, all these real estate vids make sure to mention this "perk" of having exposed bricks. You know what else is exposed, the pipes and electrical tubing. Myst pay extra for that too.😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Only 10k a month. The brick is extra
1200$ it's not bad for NY
Ok. So where do you put your stuff?
So, a greedy landlord took a bedroom from another unit, jammed in some cupboards, stove a fridge, and u have JUST enough room for a bed left and this is AMAZING?? They literally couldn't be bothered to cover up the pipes? This is exactly wtf is wrong with living accomodations. People have been brainwashed into thinking this is a good thing! Ugh.. let me guess, about $2,000 a month too?!! 😒
I dont like studio or open planned having cooking smells seeping into your bed etc. banging pots and pans whilst your relaxing in open planned housrs
I hope fridge is quiet.
Apartments where the kitchen and the bedroom aren't separated are the work of Satan
I would sleep in the bathroom
Yes, the pipes are a nice detail.
Where is the storage or closet for my clothes?
This is a very nice studio apartment. I love it has a laundry set up. This is probally the only apartment in NYC I could afford. I really like the exposed brick.
Nice but no storage…. just a miniature closet…
Lol….it is a living room someone put a kitchen in
The best tiny studio? I don’t think so 😐
Omg that's awful that people have to live in such tiny spaces
In Miami, thats called an efficiency, they go about $800/month 🤦🏽♂️
Thanks I hate it
Is this the apartment in baby’s day out?
In 1980 I rented an identical pre-war apartment in lovely Brooklyn Heights. For $315 a month.
One big room put your stuff in there get a cat, live on!!!!!
Yes it is, just the fridge is out of grid…. something, its great though i"d live there!!!!!!
Imagine paying $2000+ per month just to live in a broom closet. NYC is a joke
Ductless hvac needed instead of that radiator!
I think it’s possible top 5 worst you’ve shown
He literally ran out of things to say half way through the video and had to make shit up, like the pipes
Living standards in NYC are really sad lol
Closet that fits 1 small shirt.
Usually studios like these cost like $2,500- 3,000 in Manhattan.
Wow the studio is big enough to make a wall to divide the kitchen from the bedroom and rent it as 1bd room apt and raise rent. Fantastic.
How is exposed brick for mice and snakes?
Claustrophobic just watching this.
BUT WTF IS THE RENT? These videos aren’t helpful when there’s no mention of money!
