  1. The courtyard is amazing! But… small kitchen, no windows? Deal breaker. They should at least re-model the kitchen (convert to an open kitchen) and make it part of the living room imo 🙂

  2. I don't get one thing about American houses and apartments
they have so flimsy doors! anyone can break the glass door and enter your home
or kick your wooden door open
    it is unacceptable
if I would buy a house or an apartment first thing I would do is replace all the wooden doors with heavy metal doors with sophisticated locks
and replace all glass windows with reinforced unbreakable ones
    and probably buy a gun

  3. This really is a beautiful patio and apartment. I know this video is a year old but I have noticed lately that it seems almost every bathroom in new York yes the exact same tiles. Multi grey offset brick style, why?????

  4. NO WINDOW IN THE LIVING ROOM, NO WINDOW IN THE KITCHEN, NO WINDOW
IN THE BATHROOM. WHEN BEDROOMS ARE OCCUPIED YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR IN
    A BOXED DARK ROOM NO FUN IN A COFFIN BOX FOR $ 4, 3 O O. O O DOLLARS
AN EXPENSIVE BOX. WHAT EXACTLY IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE IS LIKE 5OO IN
    THAT $ 4, 3 O O. O O APARTMENT. SO YOU PUT IN YOUR BASIC NEEDED FURNITURE
AND THEN YOU CANT EVEN MOVE AROUND. NEW YORK CITY IS MOSTLY COLD
IN THE WINTER YOUR LIMITED OUT SIDE USAGE.

  5. 4300 would pay nine months of rent on my two story 4 bedroom 2 bathroom farm house! And we have a FULL yard, not a dinky “private outdoor space”. Lol! I’ll pass on NYC. Looks like a nice place to visit but a little too pricey to live there.

  6. As a person who lives in LA even here you can get a better apartment size than that. No shade at New York at all it’s just pricey just like LA😅

  7. These vids crack me up, no offense Cash 🤣 For $4300 I could rent out my 2500 sq ft home, with 3 large bedrooms (master could fit at least 2 king beds and tons of other furniture), 2 bath, family room (bigger than most NYC apartments😮) AND living room, dining room and kitchen with eat-in area, full basement, garage and outside parking for 6, all on 4.5 acres of peacefulness. You can't even see my house from the street. But keep 'em coming, Cash. I love to see how other people live their lives. 😘🥰🥰
