  1. I lived both bay area and NYC, and here's thing.

"walkability" is not an option in NYC. You have to walk even though you don't want to. Don't talk about Uber. It takes an hour when it should take 10 mins by walk. Walking is mostly better than driving. If walkability combines with the "weather"? That doubles up the level of Cons. 🙁

Many people said the pros of the "walkability" is close to everywhere. For example, when I lived in NYC, Starbucks was literally 5 mins away from my home by walk. However, now I am living in bay area and Starbucks is also 5 mins away from my home "by car".

  2. Exactly I’m glad that old lady says something because you’re not about to sit here and try to make my city look like it’s not the best we are the best ✅😬

  3. Not worth it, I dont mind paying taxes if the city is safe and clean but their are a lot of rats all over the streets. Everyday some one gets shot or stabbed from the City that had less murder and assaults and rapes for a decade we had the lowest crimes rates think about that. Since Sandy we all know that streets and the subways gets flooded however the city likes to pretend that its new. You can blame climate change all day long but the city never did anything to fix the sewers on the streets and the subways. So we have a pandemic of homeless people and criminals all over the city and you have politicians that wants to close the lone city Jail that we have for the city which is Rykers and their ultimate solution is releasing all the inmates? 10 years ago their were a lot mental health shelters and hospitals and 6 years ago they were being closed one by one slowly and surely you see some of their patients on the subway on the streets. The people in this city had literally had lost their minds for the sake of Wokeness that is why many people had left the city and never look back.
